丼物是對日式蓋澆飯的通稱,是日本相當普及的庶民料理,而在香港主打日式家常丼物的丼丼屋食堂,為了讓顧客享受到日本丼的真味,最近與日本「伝説のすた丼屋(Sutadonya)」合作,將其在日本年輕人熱捧的丼飯「盛豚丼(Sutadon)」引入香港。
為了隆重其事早前丼丼屋就舉辦了一次 Blogger 試食會,而筆者有幸成為席上客。當天「伝説のすた丼屋(Sutadonya)」早川秀人社長更親臨為我們一眾下廚,主理這碗推有經典丼飯滋味的「盛豚丼(Sutadon)」。
原來這個丼飯有著三個重大秘密:
- 40 多年世代相傳的秘製醬汁
- 來自意大利著名巴馬火腿原材料的乳清飼豚肉
- 風行日本四十年的正宗丼飯傳統滋味
而同場我們也試食了多款丼丼屋食堂的招牌美食,包括南瓜芝士薯餅、刺身盛合、吉列豬柳及烤蝦,最後當然還試了北海道雪糕新地作甜品。
